Members are welcome to bring a friend, family member or co-worker to any class on our regular schedule.
Now more than ever, we need to take care of each other however we can and encourage each other to do things to help us feel better. Although its not a solution to all our feelings, stressors and problems, yoga is one of the many tools to support us.
