Prenatal Yoga Series

Saturday May 1, 8, 15 & 22 @ 8:30am - 9:45am, $100. 4 week program with Chantelle & Lindsay

Pregnancy often brings with it an inclination towards introspecting and connection with yourself and the life you are creating, not merely with your body, but with your emotions, mind and spirit. This 4 session workshop/class consists of simple yoga exercises adapted for pregnancy: yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to help the mind and body adapt to pregnancy and prepare for labor. Modifications and alternate poses will be taught so to prepare you for any Flow class at Bliss and bringing a simple practice home. Women are welcome to join the class at any stage in their pregnancy, no prior yoga experience is necessary.
